8. FOOD HANDLING & HALAL BASICS

The objective of this course is to provide exposure and awareness to all food handlers on aspects of halal, food hygiene and safety, self-operators and food premises and further to reduce the incidence of food poisoning throughout the country.

Throughout the course, course participants will be given exposure and guidance on:

  • Basic concepts of halal
  • Halal, clean and safe food handling
